No, Offer Accepted do not charge an upfront fee for connecting you to local contractors.
How do we pay the builder?
Payment will be organised between you and your selected contractor directly. Offer Accepted ensures that all specialists on our platform are properly vetted, and able to receive payments.
How long does it take to find suitabletraders/contractors?
It depends. Usually from the date of report summary, contractors are available to conduct a site visit to your property in a matter of 2-3 days (subject to availability). From quote delivery, lead times on the works beginning can vary from project to project.
Will my report be shared with the traders/contract?
Yes, in order to ensure our contractors are fully informed on your properties’ structural standing, we do make the summarised document available to them. However this is optional, and personal details can also be omitted.
Are all the traders/contractors qualified?
Yes, all contractors on our platform will have the necessary qualifications for the projects they are selected for.
Can I use your survey if I don't have a survey report?
Yes, our platform is not exclusive to RICS report holders. The report summary process simply makes the process of identifying the issues you need rectified more efficient.
