Step 05 · The property
Tell us about the property . This helps us match local trades and conveyancers. We don't share these details with anyone you haven't chosen.
Property type Choose one… Terraced house Semi-detached house Detached house Flat / apartment (leasehold) Flat / apartment (freehold) Bungalow Listed building New build Other

Step 02 · Your survey
Got your survey? Upload it now . We'll keep it safe. Once you've finished signing up and opened the portal, our AI will read it and flag the trades worth following up.
No survey yet? That's the natural first step.
Your portal opens at the first stage of the journey. Book your RICS survey, line up a conveyancer, and we'll walk you through each stage as it comes. You can return here once the report lands and we'll auto-flag the trades worth following up.
Tell us about your booked survey.
We'll follow up the moment your report lands and pre-select the right specialists for you, saving you a trip back.
Late-stage focus, no survey needed.
Your portal opens at the late-stage tools: buildings insurance, removals, utilities transfer and the completion-day checklist. We'll skip the survey and AI-read steps. If you do want to upload a survey later for the trade-quote tools, you can do that from inside the portal.
Step 06 · Agent or owner
Who can grant access to the property? When you ask for trade or surveyor introductions, they often need to visit the property to quote. Tell us who can give them access (the estate agent, the seller if it's a private sale, or you if you already own it) and we'll route visit requests appropriately.
Anything we should mention when arranging access? (optional)
I'm happy for Offer Accepted to contact them on my behalf and share their details with professionals I ask to be introduced to, so they can arrange visits directly.
How it works. They confirm availability with us. When a professional needs to visit, they tell us the service (e.g. damp inspection) and how long they'll need. The contact accepts or declines, and once accepted, both sides swap contact details to coordinate directly.
How Offer Accepted is funded
Solicitors and surveyors pay us a 9% platform fee when you instruct them through this service. The fee sits on top of the firm's rate and is shown to you as a separate visible line on every quote, so the price you see is the price you pay. You're free to use any SRA-regulated solicitor or RICS-regulated surveyor; the firms we introduce are simply the ones on our vetted panel. Read the full fee disclosure .
Step 08 · How to reach you
Last bit. Your name and number . We've got your email already. Your mobile means we can text when matches land or visits are confirmed.
