Offer Accepted
How it works

Your survey found the problems. We line up the people who fix them.

From the moment your report lands to a priced, negotiable quote for the work, one connected journey. Here is what actually happens, step by step.

1

Your survey lands. Now it matters.

A RICS report is thorough by design: forty pages or more, condition ratings, and a list of items that need a specialist. Most buyers read it once and stall, because the report tells you what is wrong but not who to call.

That gap between the report and the repair is exactly what Offer Accepted exists for.

2

Upload it. We turn pages into a shortlist.

Drop the PDF in. Every page of the report is scanned and the main flags summarised, sorted by trade, using the surveyor's own wording. Damp to the rear wall, an untested consumer unit, slipped tiles: each becomes one clear line.

We never add our own opinion on your property. The surveyor's findings stay the surveyor's findings.

3

You choose what gets quoted.

Everything the report flagged is laid out with a tick against it. Keep what you want priced, drop what you will live with, and add anything else you would like done while the trades are there, from a rewire to a repaint.

Nothing goes to a contractor until you confirm it.

4

Access gets sorted without the phone tag.

You are buying the property, so a visit needs the seller's agent to open the door. We email your agent a link where they pick the days and hour slots that work over the next fortnight. No account, no back and forth, under a minute.

If they go quiet, we chase them for you, and you can send a reminder from your portal any time.

5

A vetted local contractor scopes the job.

A trusted, insured contractor confirms one of the offered slots and attends the property to look at every item on your list in person. Photos in a report are a start; standing in front of the wall is how real prices get set.

You and the agent both get the booking confirmation the moment the slot is locked.

6

A live quote you actually control.

After the visit you receive an itemised quote in your portal, priced line by line. Accept the works you want, hold some for after you move in, propose a different price where you think there is room, or ask for something extra to be added.

The contractor responds in the same place, so the whole negotiation stays in one thread you can see.

Contractors pay, on outcome

The professional pays a management fee only on work you agree. It never comes from you.
