What people ask before signing up.

Is Offer Accepted really free for buyers?
Yes. We never charge home buyers a referral fee, a subscription, or a commission.
Are you advising me on my survey or my mortgage?
No. Offer Accepted is a connector, not an advisor. We never give an opinion on what a survey defect means, what mortgage product is right for you, or which insurance policy to choose. Every professional opinion you receive comes from a regulated specialist whom we have introduced you to.
How do you vet the professionals on the platform?
Every firm we introduce you to has provided evidence of regulatory registration with the body relevant to their trade (SRA / CLC for legal, FCA for financial, Gas Safe for gas, a Part P competent-person scheme like NICEIC, NAPIT or ELECSA for electrical, PCA or equivalent for damp, UKAS for asbestos, IStructE / ICE for structural, BAR for removals, and similar where applicable), valid professional indemnity insurance, recent client references, and complaints history. We don't favour any particular body. We accept all UK-recognised schemes. We re-vet annually and remove any firm that falls below our customer satisfaction threshold.
I'm a professional. How do I apply to receive leads?

I run a surveying firm. What's the partner programme?
You refer your private home-buyer clients into Offer Accepted at the moment you deliver their report. They receive a free service that helps them act on the report; you earn a revenue share on every introducer fee we earn from buyers you refer. There is no cost, no exclusivity required to pilot, and we provide branded materials in your firm's name.
Are you a regulated business?
Offer Accepted operates as a pure introducer. We sit outside the FCA regulated perimeter for mortgages and insurance (we only pass contact details; we do not advise, arrange, or recommend specific products), and outside RICS-regulated activities for building advice (we never interpret a survey). We are registered with the ICO as a data controller. All referral fees are disclosed in line with SRA, CLC and FCA rules.
